		<description>This is so true and I have never used the cost vs value report for a few good reasons.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Average prices according to the report gave a false impression of both cost and value.&lt;br&gt;The approach was impersonal and pretended remodeling was an investment.&lt;br&gt;It featured money (cost) as THE deciding factor.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There would be other good reasons not to use it. The cost vs value report was never anymore than a placebo and eventually ended as a platitude.</description>
