Remodel Buddy has dedicated it's efforts to build a Trusted Network of Pre Screened Contractors. Each contractor has been through a 9 step screening process, and has been met face to face for interviews. Being a member of Remodel Buddy is by invitation only and a contractor cannot pay to join.
We understand the value in good communication and being punctual. Our Network of Contractors are required to get outstanding results on our homeowner follow-up survey. Our main goal is to ensure our customers satisfaction and we will strive to ensure that we are recommended to your family and friends.
Remodel Buddy is fundamentally different from other referral services in that our team is local. We are not a call center. We live and work in the Richmond community. "Why would someone call a service in Texas to hire a contractor in Virginia?"
