What is your Pre-screening process?
Our contractors have been through our Pre Screened process and are continually evaluated. Contractors are part of our network by invitation only and cannot pay to join. We meet our contractors face to face in order to ensure our homeowners quality and service. Our contractors are licensed, Insured and have been through our 9 step pre-screened process. We owe it to our homeowners to be thorough.
• A personal interview with each contractor face to face
• Proper Licenses have been verified
• Proper insurance requirements have been verified
• Criminal background search
• Sexual Offender search
• A clear BBB record and clean record with Consumer Affairs
• 5 references that we verify and speak with

Does my Remodel Buddy personal consultant follow up with the project?
YES! We follow up with the project by calling our customer, absolutely. We generate a survey to inquire on the process and enjoy the feedback we receive. We also have a conversation with the service member and discuss the project. Communication and customer service are the best ways to ensure customer satisfaction. Back to top
