Why?
Does it really help the that devilish budget question? I always ask about the budget and half the time I get &quot;I don&#039;t know&quot;. 
I have never made a big ticket purchase without knowing my budget. 
I haven&#039;t used the Cost vs Value on a sales call, maybe I should try it.</description>
