In using the Site and services of RemodelBuddy, you agree that it is for your personal use only and that you will provide, to the best of your ability, truthful information. To do otherwise limits the ability of RemodelBuddy to assist you and increases its expenses in responding to submissions that are not otherwise truthful. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Henrico County, Virginia, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of, or relating to the use of, the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all of the provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue in effect.
