15 years ago I entered into a partnership that developed a nationally successful Home Improvement company that became one of the largest in the nation, ranked by Qualified Remodeler and Remodeling magazine.
In the beginning of my career, I took over a local Home Improvement business that was losing over $200k a year in profit from $1.2M in annual sales.Within 5 years Sales & Revenue increased to $10M annually, while net profit totaled over $1.4M dollars annually. I was also active as a national trainer, by improving existing managers performance & new managers nationwide. Earned the Highest position & partnership – accomplished from learning and excelling at each position from the ground up through production, sales and management.
I practiced open book management, with an emphasis on understanding financials to build your business. A team that is positive, motivated and goal orientated maximizes the potential for greater profit! Customer service that is second to none is a must. Having an organized team atmosphere promotes employee retention, builds a culture of success, and motivation is the product of having the right systems in place that empower employees. I reside in Glen Allen, Virginia with my family am a proud father to my little girl, Hannah and married to my beautiful wife Donna. Nothing makes me prouder than being a Dad and spending time with my girls.
