About Your Buddy – Tim Nagle
15 years ago I entered into a partnership that developed a nationally successful Home Improvement company that became one of the largest in the nation, ranked by Qualified Remodeler and Remodeling magazine.
In the beginning of my partnership, I took over a local Home Improvement business that was losing over $200k a year in profit from annual sales of $1.2M. Within 5 years Sales & Revenue increased to over $10M annually, while annual net profit was over $1.4M dollars. From establishing an efficient and profitable operation, my local business became involved as a national training ground, to help improve managers performance & train new managers, production staff, and sales personnel nationwide. I believe my success was accomplished from learning and excelling at each position from the ground up through production, sales and management.

My role as a coach is to eliminate the confusion by holding businesses accountable and helping to systematize their marketing and sales strategies. Most Remodelers have processes for things like installing their products and services and for billing, but are not likely to have a process or systematic approach to marketing and sales. The systems are the solution. I provide advice and expertise when needed, with accountability and strategy to proven tactics in-order to help Remodeling companies systematically build their business.”

to hundreds of remodelers each year, from speaking at the Remodeling Show & other national events to writing for Remodeling Magazine. I really take pride in the personal relationships we build and the changes we see in their businesses, along with the great effect it has on their lives. I reside in Glen Allen, Virginia with my family am a proud father to my little girl, Hannah and married to my beautiful wife. Nothing makes me prouder than being a Dad and spending time with my girls.
When I get a chance, (”permission”) I enjoy a nice day on the golf course with my friends and clients.
